1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph58 ("ph58," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph58 online casino platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at ph58.club and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with ph58 or any other gaming operator;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously had a ph58 account suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

ph58 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the ph58 Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• You may only register one (1) account on ph58. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Notify ph58 support immediately if any of your details change.
• You must create a strong, unique password for your ph58 account and must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• ph58 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• ph58 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any time we deem necessary for compliance purposes.
• Accounts that fail KYC verification or are found to contain false information may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.

ph58 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ph58 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and Philippine bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
• Deposits are for gaming purposes only. ph58 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your ph58 account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to ph58's withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements.
• ph58 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements. GCash and PayMaya / Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during business hours.
• ph58 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not accepted on the ph58 Platform. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ph58 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms at the time the offer is made.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. ph58 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of bonus abuse.

6 Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the ph58 Platform:

• All games available on ph58 are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
• All Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios with trained dealers operating under strict protocols.

• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph58 staff or other players;
• Using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph58 Platform, including but not limited to the ph58 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials (collectively, "ph58 Content"), is the exclusive property of ph58 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph58 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph58 Content without prior written consent;
• Use the ph58 brand name, logo, or any other ph58 trademarks for any commercial purpose;
• Create derivative works based on ph58 Content;
• Use ph58 Content in any manner that could damage ph58's reputation or brand.

9 Privacy & Data

ph58 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties as required by Philippine law, including for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph58 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph58 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or connectivity issues;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Losses arising from delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to circumstances beyond ph58's reasonable control.

ph58's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph58 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph58's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination

ph58 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ph58 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination of your account for cause, ph58 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds, where such termination is the result of a breach of these Terms.

You may close your ph58 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph58 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph58 is subject to the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by ph58 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ph58 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph58 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ph58 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
