Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, ph58 will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

10 Minors

21+ Only: The ph58 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. ph58 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If ph58 discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the associated account, delete the personal data, and report the incident to PAGCOR as required. If you believe a minor has registered on the ph58 Platform, please contact our support team immediately.

11 Third-Party Services

The ph58 Platform integrates with third-party services including licensed game providers, payment processors, and identity verification providers. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies and data handling practices.
